The Barco ClickShare Conferencing Button and ClickShare Collaboration App work together to deliver a rich, seamless meeting experience.
Plug the Conferencing Button into your laptop, start the application and click. The ClickShare Conferencing Button instantly gives you access to wireless conferencing, a more immersive, interactive and guest-friendly meeting experience. Set up your remote meeting with your preferred VC solution. Plug in the USB-C device in your laptop, click and in less than 7 seconds, you are automatically connected to meeting room camera, microphones and soundbar.
The Quick Button enables you to get a copy of the main screen on your laptop, making it simpler to follow everything in full detail. It also opens up a range of advanced functions, such as selecting a specific application window on your laptop you want to share, or controlling details like speaker volume and camera zoom(where applicable to your camera).
The ClickShare Desktop Collaboration App allows for simple and intuitive content sharing with a click of the virtual Button from any laptop, desktop (Windows or Mac). The Desktop App enables you to seamlessly detect and connect to a meeting room in your vicinity to share the content on your screen to the meeting room. The App also provide the following features:
Pause : freeze the content shared on the meeting room screen while you prepare what to show next
Window Selection : select the application or document you want to show from all open windows on your laptop
Moderation : control your meeting and preview all documents to decide what appears on screen with all people involved, regardless of whether they are sharing with the App or the Button

The ClickShare app allows for simple and intuitive content sharing with a click of the virtual Button from any iOS or Android device. This app enables users to easily share, annotate and save pdf, jpeg images or Microsoft Office Docs to the central meeting room screen in the same way as the traditional ClickShare Button. Download the ClickShare app for free from Apple Store or Google Play, click the virtual Button and you are ready to share your content.
Using the latest version of the ClickShare app for Android and a ClickShare base unit, you can fully mirror the screen of your smartphone or tablet onto the central meeting room screen.
With iOS, you can use Airplay to fully mirror the screen of your iPhone or iPad onto the central meeting room screen.
For those rare occasions when you encounter issues with the wireless presentation or conferencing solution, Barco have launched SmartCare, a service package that provides your company with budget predictability, swift hardware replacement and expert support from Barco for up to 5 years.
SmartCare is a service package included in the purchase of each ClickShare Conference and Present unit. Activate your SmartCare package for your ClickShare unit at any time within 6 months of your purchase by adding your unit to the XMS Cloud platform. You can access the XMS Cloud via the device’s web configurator. If the SmartCare package is not activated, a standard warranty of 1 year will apply.
