Durability and reliability

Depending on the specific model (check page for specs) the LED display will either feature GOB or COB technology. Both have their respective advantages and are suitable for different applications.

Glue-on-Board (GOB) surface treatment technology — a protective process that seals the LED module surface with transparent epoxy glue, enhancing protection during installation and use 9demonstrated in the animation). Achieving an IP54 rating (LED module surface), it provides resistance against collisions, dust, and moisture, making it an ideal choice for public spaces such as reception areas, banqueting rooms, wedding venues and more.

Chip-On-Board (COB) LED display technology can achieve a higher pixel density and greater uniformity across the entire display resulting in sharper images and better colour consistence, suitable for applications where space is limited, and up close viewing distances are required. COB is also a more energy efficient technology than GOB.

Installation and maintenance

The newest iteration of LED makes use of a modular design, which allows for frontside maintenance, hot swapping of accidentally damaged or defective modules without changing or turning off the entire display, as well as fast installation times.
