Wireless presentation with ClickShare allows for intuitive, easy-to-use presentation and collaboration in a fixed conference room or as a standalone presentation system. It’s the ideal presentation tool for your Microsoft Teams Room or Zoom Room and ensures true team collaboration without BYOD security risks.
Barco’s wireless display collaboration platform allows participants to Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) without having to physically link them using cables (HDMI, VGA…) and adapters. The connection from a laptop to TV, display or projector is wireless. Content sharing can be done with the Button, App or screen mirroring (which offers different cast screen solutions like AirPlay, GoogleCast or Miracast)
Barco SmartCare
For those rare occasions when you encounter issues with the wireless presentation or conferencing solution, Barco have launched SmartCare, a service package that provides your company with budget predictability, swift hardware replacement and expert support from Barco for up to 5 years.
SmartCare is a service package included in the purchase of each ClickShare Conference and Present unit. Activate your SmartCare package for your ClickShare unit at any time within 6 months of your purchase by adding your unit to the XMS Cloud platform. You can access the XMS Cloud via the device’s web configurator. If the SmartCare package is not activated, a standard warranty of 1 year will apply.
With the XMS Cloud you can access, update, configure and troubleshoot your install base centrally and remotely. And have access to the insights & analytics capabilities.
