The Epson EB-L30000U is a dedicated large venue installation projector featuring 30,000 lumens light output, WUXGA resolution (1920 x 1200 pixels, 16:10 aspect ratio) and a laser light source for fit and forget reliability.

3LCD Technology
All Epson projectors are based on 3-chip LCD technology for amazing colour, incredible detail and solid reliability. 3LCD’s 3-chip architecture dedicates an entire chip to process each primary colour – red, green and blue, continuously. Unlike single-chip technology that delivers colour sequentially, you get full-time colour. The result is vibrant, realistic images and video all delivered with 3LCD’s true-to-life colour.

3x Brighter Colours with Epson Projectors*

30,000 Lumens
Powered by 3LCD technology and Epson’s laser optical engine, the EB-L30000U is capable of producing White Light and Colour Light Output of up to 30,000 Lumens, delivering captivating images in virtually any venue.
The laser light source also lets you take control of brightness with precise adjustment in increments of 1% and a constant brightness mode that maintains brightness at a specified level to match any venue or subject.

Deep Black Contrast
The EB-L30000U projector delivers deep black contrast ratios up to 2,500,000:1. With Epson’s innovative laser light source, you get remarkably high contrast levels during full-black scenes. A special optical device is used to adjust polarization and reproduce truly dark shades of black for projection venues that require the most deep black such as theatres.

4K Enhancement
The EB-L30000U delivers high-precision images with 4K Enhancement (4KE) technology. Upscale 1080p content with 4KE, which shifts pixels diagonally by 0.5 pixels to double the resolution, for crisp and high-definition images.

High Dynamic Range
The EB-L30000U supports HDR10 and Hybrid Log-Gamma, which expands dynamic range for image output across a broad tonal range and minimises washed-out highlights or excessive shadow in dark areas.

The compact body and light weight* of the EB-L30000U allows fitting through narrow spaces, such as a corridor for easer carrying and projector can be ready for installation faster and easier.

Handle for Flexible Installation
A new optional ELPMB56 handle can be attached to the EB-L30000U for easier installation and transportation. The ELPMB56 handle is designed for portrait-oriented projection and can also be installed on the top and bottom of the projector to support multi-stacking* projection.

Screw Holes for Eyebolts
Screw holes are provided on both the top and bottom of projector. Strong wires make it safe and easy to transport* the projector via a crane.

4K Ready Optional Lens
A wide range of optional lenses are available for the EB-L30000U to support any installation scenario. The optional lenses are all 4K compatible, and combined with the EB-L30000UNL projector, deliver focused and sharp 4K Enhanced images.

Art-Net Lighting Control System
The EB-L30000U supports Art-Net lighting control systems, making the projector ideal for use in live performances in stage or theatre. Control the projector with an Art-Net compatible lighting desk or control system to synchronise with in-house lighting effects.

Multi-directional Projection
The EB-L30000U can be rotated 360° in any direction – horizontally, vertically and diagonally – ideal for a wide range of applications, such as ceiling or floor projection.

Wide Lens Shift
The motorised lens shift covers a wide range, giving you a great deal of flexibility when installing the projector. Precisely adjust the image position of edge blending, stacking and other techniques. Adjustments can be made via remote control or over a network.

Lens Position Memory
Up to 10 settings can be stored in the projector memory, including shift positions, focus adjustments and zoom settings. This allows for a quick adjustment using either remote control or command control.

ADVANCED BUILT-IN FUNCTIONS

Quick Corner
Adjust four corners of the projected image conveniently for simple installations.

Projection on Curved Surfaces
With the EB-L300000U, quickly and precisely correct vertical and/or horizontal distortion when projecting onto curved surfaces, and adjust the shape of images projected onto corners.

Point Correction
Adjust misaligned images with point-by-point correction for multiple projections using a grid matrix projected onto the screen. The EB-L30000U can be set up with a maximum grid of 33 x 33 points adjustment.

Blanking
This allows you to adjust the blanking width for oversized images or mask noise at the edges of the screen, especially images from a videocassette recorder. All edges are adjustable.

Auto Screen Matching
Automatically calibrate the colour of an image* with a built-in camera that matches the screen, providing for accurate colour balance level for vivid and brighter images. Up to 15 projectors can be adjusted without delay, taking 1 mins and 30 seconds per unit to correct the colour balance of the image.
The EB-L30000U’s improved built-in camera can colour calibrate even when the projection screen overlaps with a ceiling or door, expanding the projection support area for easier installation.
For advanced projection applications, such as panoramas and curved surfaces on the entire façade of a building, projection mapping software will allow the creative projection of images onto curved surfaces and “bend” images around corners.

Scale function
Simplify complicated set up of multiple projectors with an embedded scale function. Just select “screen layout” from the pre-set menu and the projector will automatically set the area for scaling and edge-blend positions.

Brightness Lock
This function allows you to lock the brightness setting and prevent illumination adjustment. When the EB-L30000U is used for rental equipment, borrowers cannot accidentally adjust the brightness.

Power supply log
You can monitor the intake air temperature and drops in voltage, logging the number of voltage-drop occurrences and measuring the duration of the drop. The ability to log data on up to 30 voltage drops can help you determine the cause of unexpected shutdowns.

Status monitor
Operating temperature, signal and voltage of the projector can be easily checked by viewing the status monitor screen on the side of EB-L30000U. Also, IP addresses can be assigned using the status monitor when the menu on the projection screen is not visible. Easily set up projectors on a network when installing projectors for large-scale projection mapping on structure such as tree or water.

Epson Projector Professional Tool
Epson Projector Professional Tool software is available for the EB-L30000U to operate multiple projectors and control projected images simultaneously straight out of the box. Reduce installation time and operate projectors intuitively by using the bundled software which is available on both Windows and Mac operating systems.

Geometry Correction Assist for Multiple Stacking
Epson Projector Professional Tool software and the projector’s built-in camera allow complicated processes to be handled automatically and help reduce the time required to setup multi-stacked projection.

Geometry Correction Assist for Tiling
The built-in camera automatically compensates for overlapping areas and corner positions to deliver multi-projector displays and make big-screen projections seamlessly.

HIGH DURABILITY

Triple-layer dustproof structure
The EB-L30000U has three layers of protection for durability and dust-resistance. The light source and optical elements are both sealed, and the newly developed liquid cooling system splits air?ow while reducing incoming air to the optical engine by 50%* compared to conventional models. In addition, replaceable electrostatic ?lters cut dust intake to minuscule levels.

50%* Reduced Airflow and Sealed Engine
The cooling system takes in air independently for both the radiator and power supply. This reduces airflow to the optical engine by 50%* compared to conventional models.

Sealed Optical Engine
Key optical components, including the inorganic phosphor wheel, LCD panels and laser bank are sealed to prevent contamination by dust.

Long-Life, Replaceable Electrostatic Filters
Electrostatic filters vastly reduce incoming dust impairing optical components.

Mechanical Shutter
Mechanical shutter protects each LCD panel from laser light beaming through the EB-L30000U during events and performances as shutter can be manually released.
