Manufacturer Overview
BlueCore Laser Technology
Revolutionary BlueCore Laser Technology
The world’s No. 1 DLP brand BenQ introduces its full line of innovative corporate BlueCore laser projectors with LU9255, unleashing the WUXGA resolution for professional presentation in corporate settings.
Superior Image Quality
Dual Colour Wheels Produce 95% Rec.709 Colour Coverage for Optimal Colour Performance
LU9255’s powerful BlueCore laser projection utilizes a dual colour wheel system to produce unparalleled colour performance that achieves a 95% Rec.709 colour coverage. By increasing colour ratios and the purity of RGBY colour, LU9255 dramatically enhances colour saturation to ensure superior presentation quality.
Lag-Free Response with Fast Mode
Based on expertise from near-zero latency gaming displays, LU9255 employs a Fast Mode to provide a low latency of 22ms, allowing the audience to enjoy a responsive and realistic interactive experience.
Constant Brightness for Seamless Images
LU9255 is equipped with brightness sensors to keep an identical image brightness level between multiple projectors even during long-term use. This ensures flawless and seamless image blending for application in large venues.
HDMI 2.0 for Supreme Image Quality
To help users enjoy 4K content, LU9255 and HDBaseT both come with HDMI 2.0 ports which are compatible with 4K signal. Users can now effortlessly project 4K content with much less friction and enjoy greater brightness and contrast range than SDR.

Dynamic Dimming
Analyzes scene brightness levels to optimize light output and create high contrast. Bringing out subtle details in dark scene and represent the best-in-class dynamic image.
Gamma Selection
Select Gamma for your preference and optimizing image quality between input source and picture brightness. Besides, LU9255 also provides advanced BenQ and DICOM Gamma curve to satisfy your various needs.
Enduring Reliability
24/7 Operation
BenQ laser light source supports continuous 24/7 operation and is suitable for public display applications in museums and exhibitions. Users can choose from three different light source modes to optimize energy consumption and delivers up to 70,000 hours under Eco Mode.
Superior Dustproofing for Severe Conditions with IP5X Certification
BenQ BlueCore laser projectors are designed with sealed laser modules and enclosed light engines to protect the DMD chip, colour wheel sensor, laser bank, and other optical components. This lock-and-key design hermetically seals the engine from dust to prolong projector lifespan.
Excellent Installation Flexibility
360° and Portrait Projection Accommodate Different Spaces
BlueCore laser technology guarantees reliable projection from any angle. Dynamic installation options such as 360° rotation and portrait applications, allows projection onto ceiling, walls, floors or angled signage.
Multiple Lenses for Diverse Applications
BenQ’s LU9255 projector is compatible with six various lenses. These all-glass optics, eliminate chromatic aberration and colour flare for utmost image quality. Maximize installation options and projection layout with a quick one-button release. Changing lenses is now simple and secure.
Ensure Consistent Brightness Blending with Custom Light Mode
Custom Light Mode modulates light power output from 25% to 100% at a 0.5% rate, optimizing the projected image in a variety of ambient lighting situations. It is especially useful for blending consistent brightness across multiple projections.
White Balance Adjustment
BenQ exclusive white balance adjustments can reduce white balance variables between images projected from different projectors to such a low level that the most people cannot see any difference. This allows for seamless and accurate picture quality without disruptive discrepancies.
Digital Shrink and Shift without Distortion
Digital image shrinking and shift lets installers shrink the image to 80% of the original size in 0.5% increments via OSD menu. The image can also be shifted, so installers do not have to reinstall or adjust the projector physically in case the image is not precisely aligned on the desired frame and space.
HDBaseT for Uncompressed Transmission Up to 100m and Control
Groundbreaking HDBaseT connectivity combines video, audio, RS-232 and LAN signal control signals from multiple sources including: PCs, laptops, document cameras, Blu-ray and DVDs onto a single CAT5 cable. This ensures seamless transmissions up to 100 meters.
Easy Management
Centralized Control with BenQ Software
BenQ centralized control software is a management tool for computers that enables remote and centralized management of multiple digital projectors by IT administrators/technicians via a local network. The management capabilities include the ability to remotely monitor, control, and configure projectors individually or as groups.
Network/Web Control
BenQ BlueCore laser projectors are compatible with Creston, AMX and PJ Link control systems for convenient system integration with various third-party components and reduced cost to centrally maintain multiple projectors.
Wide Compatibility
3D Sync IN /3D Sync out
Connect up to 3 projectors and project 3D content together by a single PC.
RS-232 In and Out
Control at same time by RS-232 in and out connected together to make multi-screen projections.
