Site Surveys

Depending on the requirement for your LED display we can arrange to carry out a site survey, free of charge. The site survey checklist includes assessing room dimensions, lighting conditions, power outlets, mounting options, network connectivity, audience size, and source device(s) compatibility. Any areas that need attention prior to installation will be highlighted to you and recommendations made to ensure optimal display installation and performance.

Installations

All of our installers hold certified accreditations from the LED Brands we work with. This ensures the products are installed using Manufacturer best practice and guidelines. All aspects of the installation are taken care of so there’s nothing more for you to do other than provide access to site. A typical installation consists of ; Premium white glove service prioritising care and attention to detail from delivery through to installation of the product

Deinstall of existing video wall (where applicable) & Installation of new LED solution

Connectivity and testing to new or existing AV systems provided

Recycling (WEEE) of old products (on request)

Tower hire where applicable (Including arranging delivery and collection)

Miscellaneous items where applicable (Cables, fixings, parking costs)

Support

We work very closely with our LED Brands and are pleased to offer our customers a full range of support options from on site product training to get the most from your new LED display, to technical support, to optional extended warranties or maintenance packages.
