Warranty Upgrade for Epson PQ/PU Projector (3 Year Express Loan Unit)

The standard warranty for Epson EB-PQ or EB-PU series projectors is 3 years return to base. During this period, in the event of a fault, the projector is collected by the Manufacturer, repaired and then returned to you. You will be without the projector for the duration of the Epson repair.

This warranty upgrade offers, for the length of the Manufacturer warranty a 3 year express loan service.

Should a fault occur with your projector, simply contact us and we will try and resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the fault, we will dispatch a loan unit (Epson EB-PQ2010B) from our warehouse on an express service (UK mainland only. Same day delivery will be attempted if geographical, time and logistics allows).

The loan projector is made available to you for 21 days without charge whilst your unit is repaired by Epson. Beyond 21 days use, this becomes a chargeable service.

Please note : It is your responsibility to contact and liase with Epson to arrange the repair of the faulty unit.

Once your repaired projector is returned to you by Epson, simply give us a call and we will arrange to collect the loan unit from you
