Optoma ZU500USTe

The Optoma ZU500USTe features a bright 5000 lumens, native widescreen WUXGA resolution (1920 x 1200 pixels, 16:10 aspect ratio) and a laser light source for up to 20,000 hours use. Being laser, the ZU500USTe also supports 24/7 usage.

The ZU500USTe is powered by long-lasting, low maintenance DuraCore laser light source. The lamp-less and filter-free design vastly reduces running costs for a lower total cost of ownership.

Ultra Short Throw
With an ultra-short throw lens, this allows you to place the projector closer to the wall, reducing shadows so you can present with ease; perfect for interactive applications.

IP5X Dust resistant optical engine

Four corner correction
Adjust the keystone in both the vertical and horizontal plane. You can individually warp each corner of the image to create a perfectly square image. Ideal for image stacking, uneven walls or where projector placement is awkward and needs to be installed at an angle.

Integrated speaker

AV mute
Stay in control of your presentation with AV mute. Direct your audience’s attention away from the screen by blanking the image when not needed.

Auto power off
There may be instances when the projector is left running when not in use. To help save energy, the “auto power off” feature automatically turns off the projector after a set period of time if it is not being used.

Full 3D
Optoma projectors can display true 3D content from almost any 3D source, including 3D compatible graphics cards, 3D broadcasting and the latest generation 3d media servers.

Direct power on
The projector will start up instantly when power is supplied to the unit. This eliminates the need to manually turn on the projector via the remote control or the keypad, ideal for use in rooms with a “master” power switch.

Direct power off
Power off your projector immediately or directly at the mains. This means you don’t have to wait for the projector to cool down before turning it off.

24/7 operation
Optoma projectors have been designed to operate 24 hours a day in standard orientation. Perfect for applications where prolonged periods of use is required. Subject to 24 hour terms and conditions.
24/7 Operation – standard lamp warranty applies. Projector warranty is based on standard business usage hours. For optimum performance Optoma recommends that your projector is turned off or placed in standby mode for 30 minutes every 24 hours to prolonging the life of your lamp.

EPSON replacement adaptor (optional additional purchase)
Update your EPSON ultra short throw projector with an Optoma UST projector without changing your existing mount or white board. Optional Optoma  EWMA2000 adaptor plate required. Compatible with Epson ELPMB28 / ELPMB43 wall mounts.

DuraCare Warranty (Optional additional purchase)
Optoma’s optional DuraCare warranty package offers a warranty designed for very high duty operation. It ensures higher average brightness and exceptional reliability over an extended period of up to 5 years or 24,000 hours. This additional package has the added benefit of a preventative maintenance service at 12,000 hours which will return the performance back to the day it was manufactured.
