Warranty Upgrade for BenQ AK700ST (1st Year Replacement unit, Years 2 & 3 RTB)

The standard warranty for this projector is 3 years return to base. During this period, in the event of a fault, the projector is collected by the Manufacturer, repaired and then returned to you. You will be without the projector for the duration.

In the unlikely event of a projector issue, this warranty upgrade, for your first year of ownership, provides you a replacement unit.

Should a fault occur with your projector, simply contact us and we will try and resolve the issue over the phone. If we are unable to resolve the issue, simply securely package up the projector and accessories and return it to us. Upon receipt we will check the projector for the fault and if present will then despatch a replacement projector to you.

Please retain your original packaging during projector ownership.

Years 2 and 3 of this warranty will be covered directly by the Manufacturer on a return to base service.
