Hisense C2TUK-Ultra

The Hisense C2TUK-Ultra features a dedicated 0.9-1.5:1 short throw lens capable of creating large images from shorter throw distance to competing products.  Ideal for home cinema, golf sims or immersive rooms. (Diagonal images from 65 to 300 inches.)

Instead of a single laser or lamp, the C2TUK-Ultra employs three distinct lasers: red, green, and blue. These pure primary colours are then combined to create the full spectrum of colours for the projected image. This triple laser configuration allows the projector to achieve a significantly wider color gamut compared to other display technologies, including many flat-panel TVs. For instance, Hisense states that the TriChroma system covers 110% of the BT.2020 color space, which is the current benchmark for 4K Ultra HD content. This translates into more accurate, vibrant, and true-to-life colours.

Where the C2TUK-Ultra really does rewrite the rule book is it’s audio performance. Until now, onboard projector audio has been mediocre at best and if you require room filling audio you would need to use external audio equipment. The Hisense C2TUK-Ultra is equipped with a built-in 2.1 JBL audio system, the base of the projector stand incorporates the subwoofer. The result is truly impressive. Rich bass, clear dialogue, and good depth, eliminating the need for external speakers. In our testing, the volume output for the projector’s size is superb. in our demo room, with the volume at approx 30 % on the volume sider , it was easily overpowering the conversations we were having in the room about the performance. With Bluettoh capabilty you can also use the audio system standalone to stream your music to.

Using the Hisense Vidaa OS, all the familiar streaming platforms (Netflix, Youtube, Disney+) are all available as well as host of other apps.

It’s not often a projector really impresses us. The Hisense C2TUK-Ultra is certainly one of them. At the price point, if your looking for an all in one projector delivering 4K UHD resolution, bright, vivid images and truly room filling sound, this projector cant be beaten.
