The Epson EB-QB1000B features frame-by-frame tone mapping for deep rich blacks that are not crushed, whites that are bright but not clipped and colour accurate images that pop with realism. The QB1000B is a dedicated home cinema projector but equally at home being used for gaming duties thanks to HDMI 2.1 / HDCP2.3 connectivity, support for 4K/120HZ refresh and Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM) producing an ultra smooth gaming experience.
With a brightness rating of 3300 lumens, the EH-QB1000B can be used without the need to use it in bat cave darkness opening up a range of installation/usage possibilities. As with all of Epson’s dedicated premium home cinema models, the optics are motorised and feature immense flexibility in the form of a 1.35-2.84:1 lens ratio,±47% Vertical and ±96% Horizontal lens shift and 10 lens memory presets. Setting up and recalling various image sizes is simple, quick and precise.
Finally, peace of mind use is provided by Epson’s rock solid 5 year return to base warranty so rest assured in the unlikely event you need to use it, downtime will be minimal.
