The Toshiba XC2000 features a detachable security panel. After using the panel for initial set up and installation, the panel can then be removed in the way you remove the front panel from modern car stereos. It can then be locked away safely.
The supplied remote control then controls the projector - should the projector be unplugged from the mains or power switched off - the projector becomes disabled. The only way to restart the projector is to replace the detachable security panel and run the simple set up process again.
This feature makes the TLP-XC2000 a great choice if you intend to site the projector in a vulnerable location. In addition to the detachable panel the start up screen of the projector can be personalised with your own logo or text and a code is required to remove it once the feature is selected.
