Excellent Throw Ratio Coverage forOld Projector ReplacementThe 1.6x zoom and 1.39 to 2.23 throw ratiostandard lens enables installation flexibility whenreplacing an existing projector with the VPL-FH31or VPL-FH36, there’s no need to change ceilingmount positions. For applications where morethan a standard lens is needed, the projectorsare compatible with the optional VPLL-Z1024PKand VPLL-Z1032PK accessory lenses designed forSony’s current VPL-FX40 Series.

Trouble-free Maintenance : Easy Lamp and Filter Maintenance -When the air filter must be cleaned, a timely message is clearly displayed onscreen. The lamp and the filter are accessible from the same side, so theirreplacement can be performed without uninstalling the projector. With typicalusage, replacement filters have an approximate 15000-hour cleaning cycle.This is achieved by a Quad Filter System enabling both the lamp and thefilters to be replaced at the same time, even in tough environments, savingmaintenance time and cost.

Portrait Mode :The VPL-FH31 can be installed on its side (fan sidedown) for any portrait signage application.
