The 5 Year Manufacturer warranty on this Sapphire projector screen is exclusive to ProjectorPoint customers. All other online companies will only provide the standard 3 Year Manufacturer warranty.

This unique, portable screen is easy to use and very stable with high quality alloy casing and self standing format.

The Sapphire Standard Portable Pull-Up is an ideal screen for travelling, whether it's from room to room or around the country. These screens are available in both business presentation (4:3) and home cinema (16:9) formats.

These screens are also great where you’re unable to mount a screen to the wall or a ceiling. During use, two support legs which are otherwise hidden conveniently slide out from under the casing. There is a Telescopic bar for height adjustment.

5 year warranty - exclusive to ProjectorPoint Customers

In the unlikely event your screen should develop a fault within 28 days of purchase and is reported to the manufacturer in this time period, If after their engineer has contacted you via telephone to try and resolve the issue and been unsuccessful, a new replacement unit will be sent to you.

For the remainder of the warranty on contacting the manufacturer they will arrange for an engineer to contact you to discuss the fault and try and resolve it in the first instance over the telephone. If the fault cannot be resolved over the telephone the screen will need to go back to the manufacturer to be inspected by an engineer.
