  Great upgrade

  This purchase was to replace a 7 year old Epson 6100 that got fried due to a power surge. So far I’m absolutely delighted, the image now has the wow factor, especially with UHD Blu-rays and my sons PS4 games. The fan is significantly quieter than the old projector but is also a lot bigger and heavier so make sure you’ve got the space and an adequate bracket. The network functions are quite useful and I’ve HDMI-linked it to Alexa on my amp so everything switches on at a voice command. One small overlooked feature is the automatic lens cover - every time I put the cover on the old one I ended up pushing it out of alignment with the screen so this is really useful. I would definitely recommend as an upgrade from an HD projector 10/10

  Wonderful projector

  I wanted a projector that was quiet, bright ( so that we could watch in the daytime) and with a good picture. The 9400 excelled with all of this. We have an OLED TV in another room which never gets watched because the image is so clear and detailed from the Epson. On Eco mode you cannot really hear it and since it is on a table and not fixed to the ceiling that is a major advantage. We are projecting onto a wall which I was concerned would not do justice to the picture but it looks amazing even without a screen, and the advantage is the huge size of the image. The lens shift is very useful. The actual projector is huge.
  The kids use it to play Fortnite and we use it with a PS4, SkyQ , Amazon Firecube and a 4K Blu-ray connected via a Denon AVR ( 4500 ) All work well together. It is far better than our previous Optoma 1080 projector; the Epson is a perfect projector and I am very pleased with it.

  Great projector, easy purchase

  Projector Point service was excellent. Very rapid shipping - for a purchase of this size I would be happy if it took several weeks to arrive, but Projector Point had it to me about a week, and even apologised that there was a slight delay and they couldn't send it in 48 hours.
  
  The EH-TW9400 is a great projector for my needs. It has crisp 4k (pixel shift) resolution. Beautiful colour. Easy to set up zoom/focus/keystone. Netflix Planet Earth looks amazing!

  First class

  I bought this projector to replace an Epson TW9200 which had developed a fault which Epson we're not prepared to repair. This new machine is really very good. Much brighter than the TW9200 which is particularly useful when watching films in 3D. The quality of upgraded input is extraordinary. The build quality is excellent which inevitably means that it weighs a ton !. I have heard complaints about the noise level from this machine but I really noticed nothing to complain about. All in all, a very good purchase.
