Vivitek releases new DU7090Z laser projector
Vivitek has recently released its latest laser projector, the DU7090Z, which is targeted mainly at office usage, as well as meeting rooms of varying sizes.

The projector comes with a brightness of 6,000 lumens and utilises DLP and BrilliantColor technology. Due to this technology, it can project for a total of 20,000 hours without the need for maintenance or lamp replacement. The DU7090Z also comes with a five optional lenses system, as well as horizontal and vertical lens shift, which allow the setup and installation to be easy and quick.

With its range of lens options, the DU7090Z is particularly suited for use in offices and meeting rooms, but there are other scenarios in which it could be equally at home. For example, one feature the new projector benefits from is a built-in DICOM Simulation Mode that allows viewing of medical images such as X-rays, which could be perfect for medical lectures and seminars.

It also comes with network monitoring capacity and dual 10W audio speakers, making connectivity a breeze. In fact, it has a number of connectivity options for both analogue and digital sources. It is also compatible with the Vivitek NovoPro wireless presentation and collaboration tool, which enables users to connect their devices to contribute to presentations in a quick and efficient manner.

Holger Graeff, the general manager for Vivitek EMEA, commented on the release: “The DU7090Z delivers the next generation of advanced projection technology, combining the performance, feature set and value that customers have come to expect from Vivitek.

"Laser projectors are capable of maintaining brightness and colour consistency longer than lamp projectors, which means those looking for an immersive-big screen experience with an unbeatable return on investment, will find the DU7090Z is the perfect solution.”
