ViewSonic reveals new networkable projectors

ViewSonic has revealed a new range of networkable projectors, which the company claims deliver the ultimate in True to Life colours in any lighting condition.

The LightStream PJD6 Networkable Series of Projectors are based on the firm's SuperColor technology, which means that the days of sacrificing colour accuracy for brightness levels are gone.

Jeffrey Hsieh, senior product marketing manager at ViewSonic Americas, said: "The new LightStream PJD6 series is packed with smart technologies that deliver brighter true-to-life colour images for high ambient lighting environments like classrooms and boardrooms."

ViewSonic stated that the new LightStream PJD6 Networkable Series of Projectors are ideal for any classroom or meeting room, with the inclusion of SonicExpert for enhanced fuller range of integrated sound one of the top features of the devices.

The company's patent pending PortAll is also included in the projectors for secured wireless streaming, while an integrated cable management cover and My Button auto configuration mode are likely to make the devices a popular choice.

My Button means that installers get the flexibility to operate up to eight projectors in the same room by switching the codes with a single remote control.

ViewSonic has also announced its new WPG-300 wireless presentation gateway dongle, which the firm revealed can be used with the LightStream PortAll feature.

Wi-Fi display, media streaming and screen mirroring are among the features offered by the dongle.
