Optoma used the Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2013 trade show to reinforce their commitment to the professional AV sector, by staging a number of key product launches including two new WUXGA projector models.

The launches at ISE were the first of a number of professional AV projector announcements that the brand has scheduled for this year.

The EH7700 was launched as the 7,000-lumen successor to the acclaimed EH7500 model, adding a mechanical shutter, wired remote, colour correction and stepped lamp power control to the capabilities of its predecessor.

The full 3D WUXGA EH503 projector was a major addition to the brand’s ProScene projector range, providing 4,800 lumens of brightness through a single lamp, opening up the market for affordable high-resolution full 3D projectors.

In terms of projectors for use in digital signage, Optoma demonstrated the portrait mode of the WXGA resolution ZW212ST projector, using the device’s in-built media player to demonstrate its capabilities for situations that require high and consistent brightness with very low maintenance concerns.

The ML1000 was an addition to Optoma’s range of lightweight and ultra-compact LED projectors, weighing in at only 1.4 kilogrammes but offering business users ‘lamp-free’ technology that provides exceptional colour fidelity, reliability and longevity.
