Japanese electronics giant Panasonic has carried out a major update of its London Visual Experience Centre (LVEC) to make sure that its latest projector, display and interactive whiteboard products get prominent positions.

The purpose-built centre, which is based at the famed Pinewood Studios in Buckinghamshire, is now open to visitors and provides a high-tech hands-on demonstration suite for the brand’s UK customers and partners.

The company’s marketing manager of visual business, Yoshinori Kagotani, said that the suite will allow people the chance to experience the products and applications designed for digital signage, education, home cinema and corporate environments, first hand. He said that the centre will be a focal point of their operations in Europe and highlight the commitment they have in the market.

“ISE 2012 marked the starting point of our new organisation and integration of Sanyo technologies and engineering resources,” Kagotani explained. “We’re excited about the expansion of the London Visual Experience Centre as it’s a testament to our new vision as a company and commitment to our customers.”

He added, “We’re looking to provide a one-stop solution for our customers and seeing all of the products in action will help them understand the benefits they can bring to their business whether they are in education, corporate, signage or rental and staging.”
