Optoma is expanding its line of 3D-ready portable data projectors with the addition of three brand new models.
The PRO360W, PRO260X and PRO160S fit a range of exceptional capabilities into models weighing no more than 5 pounds. All of the projectors offer 3,000 ANSI lumens of brightness and a 3,000:1 contrast ratio.
The PRO360W offers 1,280 by 800 pixel WXGA native resolution, giving it compatibility with all modern widescreen computers. The PRO260X offers XGA at 1,024 by 768 pixels while the affordable Pro160S model provides SVGA native resolution at 800 by 600.
Each model has versatile and comprehensive connectivity, with inputs including HDMI, VGA-in/out, S-Video, Composite Video, Stereo Audio-In/Out and RS-232 allowing connection to multiple sources at any one time. They can support HD computer resolutions up to 1920 x 1080 pixels, as well as global video inputs and formats up to 1080p.
Their green credentials are exemplified in the Optoma power-saving technology, which used less than 1 watt of power when the projectors are in standby mode. Each has a lamp with a 6,000 hour life when in standard mode, as well as a VGA pass-through capability, that allows images still to be displayed on a monitor even when the projector is in standby.
