New ProScene EH7700 WUXGA projector released by Optoma

Optoma has released its ProScene EH7700 WUXGA projector for consumers as the latest addition to its ProScene range and the partner model to the EH75000 projector.

The new device provides 7,000 lumens of brightness through a dual-lamp system with an interchangeable lens. It is the brightest projector in the ProScene range and can generate crystal clear images in 24/7 operation situations. It can be installed at any angle in a 360-degree range of the vertical axis, including on ceilings and floors.

It has five spherical lens options that use the latest Low Dispersion (LD) glass, ensuring optimum sharpness and uniformity over the entire image.

Head of Product Management, Justin Halls, said, “Optoma has listened to the market to understand what is required for the new EH7700 projector. Clearly, our projectors must be of the very highest build quality, reliability and installation flexibility, but perhaps even more critical is that the service and support we provide must be second to none.”

In addition to the Crestron RoomView® networking features that come as standard on ProScene Models, Optoma has added PJ-Link, Extron IP-Link, AMX Dynamic Device discovery and Telnet support to the EH7700, allowing it to be controlled by sending text-based commands over LAN for seamless integration with market leading control systems.

The EH7700 is ideal for boardrooms, auditoriums, live events and houses of worship, and is available in either white or black as standard.
