A new DLP projector has been added to BenQ’s lineup of high-brightness Colorific projectors, built to deliver the sRGB colour standard – an industry guideline for colour accuracy in smartphones, monitors, cameras and printers – with 100 per cent efficiency.

The 1080p HC1200 model comprises a 1.5x zoom, 3D compatibility, LAN control, making it an ideal addition to the high-brightness Colorific professional and home theatre projector lineup.

BenQ's new HC1200 model offers improved out-of-the-box colour precision that far outweighs that offered by other projectors. It also boasts up to twice as much ANSI contrast than other LCD projectors, ensuring that it capable of producing images that look as bright as some of the best 4,000-lumen projectors.

The HC1200 projector also offers 2D keystone correction, and an embedded test pattern to allow for more precise calibrations during installations.

Integrators are also provided to ensure the projector fits with both RJ45 (LAN) and RS-232 networking standards. A range of connectivity options, such as dual HDMI, USB, and dual D-sub computer connections, also come as standards. These allow for inputs to numerous sources, ensuring the best multimedia convergence offered by a projector.
