NEC Display Solutions Europe has refreshed its popular M Series range of projectors with a number of new additions to the range, providing higher brightness and contrast ratios and lower noise levels.
The brand has added five new and enhanced models to the range, providing XGA (1024×768) or WXGA (1280×800) resolutions, with brightness of between 2,700 and 3,600 lumens, while also coming with the same powerful 1.7x optical zoom as their predecessors.
NEC is specifically targeting education and business professionals with the projectors and, with them in mind, it has also launched a new iOS App called NEC Wireless Image Utility, which allows users to make wireless presentations directly from their iPhones or iPads.
NEC’s product line manager for business projectors, Ulf Grenier, said that the M Series is a core foundation of the company’s projectors.
“Designed with reliable quality, flexibility and affordability in mind, every member of the M Series is easy to use and comes in at the right price,” he said. “These new additions continue our commitment to providing all the essential features that our users need to connect with their audience.”
The projectors all feature compelling eco-friendly benefits inline with NEC’s overall Green Vision. These include an extended lamp life of 10,000 hours and a standby power consumption of just 0.4W.
