The latest home cinema launch from Korean electronics maker LG offers 400 watt complete 2.1 channel Blu-ray capabilities all wrapped up in a versatile and uniquely stylish package.
The HB45E home cinema system allows users to access web-based content from sites such as YouTube and Picasa and display them through LG Netcast on the over-sized screens of whichever projector system or flatscreen TV it is hooked up to.
Digital Living Network Alliance allows the HB45E to connect to a home music library stored on other connected storage devices or computers, and even includes an 'iDock', to connect an iPod or iPhone for access to your portable music collection.
As well as the technological capabilities, the system comes in an adaptable design that allows it to sit perfectly in virtually any set-up in your home. The glossy black main speakers are stylish and subtle, with a silver band running horizontally across the middle of both front speakers and the subwoofer.
LG UK's home entertainment marketing chief, Stephen Gater, said, “People want easy access to an ever growing range of content - bringing films, photographs, online videos and so much more directly into the living room. Stylish design and easy connection between devices in the home, is at the heart of this product, with DLNA, LG Netcast and an iPod dock.”
