KEF debuts V300 dual-speaker home theatre audio system
The KEF V300 dual-speaker home theatre audio system is able to turn any room in your home into a true surround-sound cinema experience.
The loudspeaker manufacturer unveiled the audio system earlier this year as part of its V Series - which includes the upcoming V720W and V700 Soundbar systems – and it is now available to purchase.
The V300 offers a two speaker design and has a low profile that allows it to be mounted onto walls or positioned using one of the included desk stands. The device can be connected to numerous technology hubs, including televisions, projectors are more, through the included HDMI 1.4 cable. It is automatically controlled by the television's remote control, and the multiple mounting options ensure that the integrated design will not look out of place in your living room.
Each speaker is slim and compact, measuring in at 1.4 inches deep, and features two 4.5-inch, high performance bass drivers. The speakers also come with a 1-inch vented aluminium tweeter, Class-D amplifier with on-board EQ and a built-in subwoofer jack which allows users to attach a further KEF subwoofer in order to boost the bass even further.
The V Series line – including the V300 – are being showcased at the Custom Electronic Design and Installation Association (CEDIA) EXPO Home Technology Tradeshow 2013, being held until 28 September in Denver, Colorado.
