Projector manufacturer, InFocus, has launched a new design service for custom installations to offer professional guidance for customers with audio-visual installation needs.

The InFocus Design Service was launched earlier this month by the acclaimed digital display manufacturer with the aim of helping its customers to make the most of its digital display technology. It serves to pair resellers and customers with the company’s seasoned technology experts, who will be able to advise on purchasing, installation and accessory compatibility and suggest other considerations.

InFocus product marketing manager, Dave Duncan, said that it was part of their commitment to bring their customers the very best in display quality.

“We believe it’s important to go above and beyond all expectations so that our users not only get the right equipment, but that it’s also configured in a way that allows them to get the most out of their purchase,” he explained. “Our A/V experts take the time needed to understand the specific needs of our customers, and then take action to help meet those needs.”

He said that they wanted to be able to make sure that their customers maximise the potential of their solutions without having to learn by trial and error.
