Gigabyte Technology, which specialises in motherboards, graphics cards and PC systems, has announced the launch of a new mini projector.
The latest addition to the Gigabyte BRIX range, the Gigabyte BRIX projector includes a 75 lumen LED backlit mini projector and built-in stereo speakers. Also incorporated are a 4th Generation Intel Core i3 processor, HDMI and mini-display port options, and four USB 3.0 ports.
The device has been carefully designed to be compact and easy to transport from one location to another. According to Gigabyte, the projector combines the full performance of a PC with a mini projector that’s suitable for a wide range of projection needs. Indeed, all the user needs is a blank wall to project onto.
Henry Kao, vice president of GIGABYTE Motherboard Business Unit, commented: “Adding a powerful mini-projector to a device that is extremely portable and compact opens up a wealth of possibilities and usage scenarios.”
He added: “The BRIX Projector is pushing the boundaries of innovation further than ever, creating a device that breaks the mould in almost all respects."
