Epson’s new VS200 model is one of the best value options in its class and is perfect for the boardroom or even for your own home cinema room.

The new VS200 is also one of the very brightest, with its SVGA resolution and 2,300 lumens of output. One of its additional selling points is its USB instant set up Plug ‘n Play facility for Windows and Mac. This allows users to connect with their computer and instantly display images on the projector and the computer.

The projector uses 3LCD 3-chip technology, which enables it to run on around a third less electricity per lumen of brightness, compared with the average 1-chip DLP technology.

Epson has also included its exclusive E-TORL lamp technology. This means that the VS200’s projector lamp lasts for 5,000 hours on economy mode. It also incorporates an instant Direct Power On and Off facility.

Jason Meyer, product manager of Epson America, said, "By combining 2,300 lumens of light output with exceptional productivity features and a portable design, the VS200 makes it easy to deliver a brilliant presentation without impacting your budget."

The projector is available in the US and will be coming to the UK in the future.
