World leading projector manufacturer Epson has used the 2012 GITEX Technology Week Dubai this week to launch two brand new business-aimed projectors.
The EB-1410Wi and EB-1400Wi were unveiled at the trade show this week, as part of Epson’s concerted efforts to accelerate their growth in the Asian and Middle Eastern markets.
The brand has claimed that the two new projectors combine all the benefits of projectors, interactive whiteboards, flipcharts and other presentation equipment in one easy-to-use device.
Both projectors are capable of throwing high-detail images of up to 100 diagonal inches, and can draw material from a wide range of connectivity options, including computers, office networks, USB memory sticks, visualisers and many other smart devices.
Both devices come with interactive controller pens that can interact with projected computer software in the same way that a mouse would, and can also be used to annotate meeting notes.
The general manager of Epson Middle East, Khalil El-Dalu, said that they were delighted to use the show as the global launch pad for the new projectors.
“These new 100-inch interactive projection systems are much more than just interactive projectors, as they offer a complete digital solution for many business meetings,” he said. “With one piece of equipment doing the job of three or four, businesses are able to reduce investment costs on additional equipment and streamline meetings more efficiently.”
