Epson has revealed two new home theatre projector that are both affordable and user-friendly.
The Home Cinema 1040 and Home Cinema 1440 were built with movie lovers in mind – promising to bring a high brightness widescreen, Full HD 1080p big-screen experience to the living room.
As well as being designed for flexible placement, these versatile projectors can also be used with a number of devices thanks to two HDMI ports, including Apple TV, all gaming consoles, Roku StickTM3 and a Blu-ray player.
Both projectors utilise 3LCD, 3-chip technology to create brilliant images with vivid colour – even when using outdoors.
However, the Home Cinema 1440 offers slightly more features, including 4,400 lumens of colour brightness, advanced video enhancement technology, and split screen options.
"The new projectors offer today's households a convenient, affordable and powerful big-screen experience. Beyond the flexibility, the Home Cinema 1440 is also one of the brightest home projectors available on the market – this is a flat panel killer," said Jason Palmer, marketing manager, Epson America.
"Why settle for a 65-inch or 70-inch TV when you can have something four times bigger with bright, lifelike, sharp details, a portable design, and simple setup for a truly captivating experience even in large, well-lit environments."
Both projectors will available in September 2015.
