Epson has launched CoverPlus 365, a new pre-and post-sale service and support programme that aims to provide first class service and support to installation customers.
Offering dedicated support to Epson projector users, CoverPlus365 offers direct access to trained Epson experts who provide guidance and support at all stages of the sale process, from pre-sales to system installation.
The Epson experts will also provide training and advice to projector customers to ensure they have the right skills to resolve faults as quickly as possible.
According to Epson, the new programme will offer customers unique access to spare projectors, lamps and filters that can be stored on site, ensuring maximum continuity and minimum downtime for those relying on business installations.
Daniel Rose, product manager for Epson Europe, suggests that the new support programme extends the first class service and support provided by the firm in all aspects of their business.
He continued: “CoverPlus365 provides our customers with unmatched service responsiveness and will help us cement our growing reputation for providing unrivalled support and assistance to the AV market.”
CoverPlus365 has been launched by Epson in Europe at the USE following a successful trial period carried out in the UK.
