A series of new projector-rigging solutions have been revealed by industry specialist CPL.
The company has unveiled a set of four innovative products - Rental Frames, Truss Mounts, Flying Mounts and a Portrait Adaptor - which the firm says are designed to work together.
Truss Mount is perhaps the most important part of the setup. It works by enabling an extremely quick and easy adjustment of the projector by one person through a ball and joint method.
The Flying Mount Plate bolts on to the bottom of a projector and it also connects to the Truss Mount, while the Portrait Adaptor makes it easy for devices to be straightforwardly and stably rigged in portrait format.
Finally, CPL announced its Rental Frames have specifically been robustly constructed for the touring and live events sectors and they are available to hire separately or as part of a full setup.
CPL said: "These have been developed by and for riggers and technicians combining numerous ingenious features, offering straightforward and practical projector rigging options informed by CPL's vast experience of touring and live events."
The company was showcasing its technology at this summer's Glastonbury Festival, where its projector-rigging products were used by Video Illusions for a lifelike spider exhibition in the Arcadia area of the Somerset site.
