Christie has announced it will be displaying its latest cinema projection technology at this week's Australian International Movie Convention (AIMC) 2014.
The company is one of the top exhibitors at the event, which is being held at the Pavilion Convention Centre, Jupiters Hotel & Casino at Gold Coast from October 12th to 16th.
State-of-the-art cinema and audio solutions will all be on show at Christie's booth 32 at AIMC 2014, with Lin Yu, vice-president of Christie Asia Pacific, noting the firm is a trusted brand in the digital cinema projection market.
She said: "Through our continued participation in AIMC, we hope to further strengthen the Christie brand and our cinema offerings in Australia and New Zealand and work even more closely with our partners to provide better service and support to valued customers in this region."
As well as running its booth at AIMC 2014, Christie will be conducting a wide range of workshops at the event, featuring products such as Christie Vive Audio, Christie Duo and laser projection technologies.
One of the top workshops at this year's AIMC is likely to be Future-proofing the Sound Experience in Your Theatre with Christie Vive Audio, a Dolby Atmos Compatible Format, which is being run by Christie.
Michael Bosworth, general manager of Christie Australia, added: "AIMC is one of the leading cinema events in Australia."
