Christie has confirmed it will be among the companies showing off projector technology at the upcoming Government Technology Exhibition and Conference (GTEC) event in Canada.
The exhibition is set to take place at the Ottawa Convention Center from October 27th to 30th and Christie will be displaying the Christie Phoenix, as well as Christie Brio Team+, the Christie GS Series projector and Christie MicroTiles.
Christie will be showing off the Christie GS Series projector, from the 1-chip DLP Christie GS Series, at GTEC for the first time this year.
The device is able to provide 20,000 hours of low-cost operation due to the fact that it eliminates the need for lamp and filter replacements.
Christie states that the projector also "features wireless connectivity and a suite of optional lenses for greater installation flexibility".
The Christie GS Series projector also produces "clean, radiant images", with the device boasting up to 5400 ANSI lumens with Picture-in-Picture functionality.
Display port, HDMI, DVI and HDBaseT connectivity are all included in the Christie GS Series projector in order to make it easy to set up and use.
As well as GTEC 2014, Christie will soon be exhibiting at the Society of High Performance Computing, where it is once again acting as gold sponsor of the event. Taking place from October 26th to 31st, the annual Society of Exploration Geophysicist International Exposition is being held in Denver.
