Christie Digital Systems has announced the full line-up of projectors it will be showing off to customers at the Prolight + Sound 2016 international trade fair in Frankfurt in early April.
Leading the pack will be Christie’s D12WU-HS and D12HD-HS solid-state laser phosphor projectors, both of which are part of the brand’s acclaimed HS Series. Both models produce 12,500 lumens of brightness in full HD resolution. They also employ a 3x faster colour wheel system, and incorporate Christie’s unique BoldColor technology.
Also present at the exhibition will be Christie’s excellent recent additions to its Boxer range, including the 2K20, 2K25 and 2K30. Representatives from the company will also be on hand to demonstrate the full capabilities of its Boxer 4k30 projector, which offers significantly reduced noise levels. The team will also demonstrate its ID Tag Tracking system for tracking people on stage.
For the high-end, pro AV end of the market, Christie will also be bringing along the Velvet LED Series, which is designed to cater for the indoor projection market, as well as offering up to 100,000 hours of largely maintenance-free use.
The Prolight + Sound 2016 exhibition will take place at Messe Frankfurt in Frankfurt am Main from 5 April to 8 April 2016. The Christie team will be at Stand C20 in Hall 4 throughout the exhibition.
