Projector manufacturer Christie has announced its new H Series, the latest addition to its range of DLP projectors.
The device will be the most powerful 1DLP projector Christie has produced to date and it will be shown off for the first time at the Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) show in Amsterdam, which is set to take place from February 10th to 12th at Christie booth 1-H50.
Christie has ensured that the dual-lamp Christie D12HD-H and Christie D12WU-H are both extremely lightweight, weighing in at just 24 kilograms each, with the company stating that they projectors are suitable for mid-to-large rental staging and fixed applications.
Among the locations where the projectors will be ideal according to Christie are concert halls, auditoriums, hotels, boardrooms, conference rooms and houses of worship.
Curtis Lingard, product manager at Christie, said: "Christie H Series provides the best of both worlds in 1DLP offerings. It is both rugged and bright enough for rental staging applications but also provides rich, beautiful colours and is well-designed for the office.
"At less than half the size and noise factor of other projectors in this class, the Christie H Series delivers a super-quiet, clean, sophisticated look with plenty of presentation power packed inside."
The Christie D12HD-H and Christie D12WU-H are Christie's latest additions to the 1DLP market, adding to its existing offerings which include the Christie G Series, GS Series and Q Series.
