International digital display manufacturer BenQ has announced the launch of its new 3D Full HD projector, the MH680.
The MH680 features a contrast ratio of 10,000:1 and a brightness level of 3000 ANSI lumens via the latest DLP technology. The projector also supports full HD video formats, as well as 480p, 576p, 720p, 1080i and 1080p formats.
The new projector model comes complete with wireless display, which is enabled through the integrated USB port and allows projection from mobile devices. The USB display also enables plug-and-play projection with automatic resolution detection and extension support, allowing projection from JPEG, JPG, BMP, Excel, Word and PowerPoint files.
The MH680 projector runs via SmartEco technology, which reduces maintenance costs, reduces the compromise in brightness and optimises lamp life to maximise power saving.
BenQ has also integrated an Eco Blank Mode, which is enabled after the projector is turned on for three minutes without the display, used to prolong the projector's lamp life for up to 6,500 hours. The Eco mode also eliminates unnecessary energy waste by switching to 0.5W standby power.
The BenQ MH680 projector has been released into the Indian projector market with a retail price of Rs.95,000.
