Consumer electronics manufacturer, Acer, has added a number of new models to its H-series projector range.

The four new devices are the H9501BD, H7532BD, H6510BD and H5370BD projectors and offer a wide range of impressive facilities for 2D and 3D viewing.

Each of the projectors supports the very latest 3D technology, including Blu-ray 3D, DLP 3D and Nvidia 3DTV Play. The devices have HDMI 3D connectivity to allow them to be hooked up to a Blu-ray Disc player, and can also be connected to a 3D package for DLP or a software package for Nvidia's 3DTV Play in order to experience high-quality viewing.

The projectors all come equipped with 2D-to-3D conversion technology, which takes video signals from the HDMI port and automatically converts them into 3D via the on-screen menu.

Speaking of the mid-range H6510BD model, Acer’s Chris White said that it is an ideal solution for movie buffs and gamers who want a big-screen 3D experience at home. He explained, “Its high brightness, low total cost of ownership and quick packing capability make it perfect for professionals wanting a projector for giving high-quality presentations and that’s lightweight enough for taking to meetings off-site.”
