The NEC PA672W is a dedicated large venue installation projector featuring native widescreen WXGA resolution (1280 x 800 pixels) producing 6700 ansi lumens of brightness and a perfect choice for large halls, lecture theatres or auditoriums. With a choice of 6 optional interchangeable lenses from short throw off-axis to ultra long throw their is a lens to suit every installation requirement. Being an installation projector, horizontal and vertical lens shift adjustment is present providing quick and precise image placement on screen. The amount of lens shift on the NEC PA672W is more than generous so the projector is very flexible in where it can be positioned in relation to the screen.
Extensive connectivity is also a strong feature of the NEC PA672W. Dual HDMI inputs and one of the very few projectors to feature a HDMI loop through output allowing you to feed a remote monitor or second projector for simultaneous display. As well as HDMI in and out, Displayport and HDBaseT connection are also present.

NEC's PA672W is a 6700 lumen installation projector equipped to take on the most demanding integration projects. Enjoy design and installation flexibility with a complete line of optional bayonet style lenses, tilt-free installation capabilities and horizontal/vertical lens shift. What's more, uncompressed high definition video can be projected via integrated HDBaseT.
NEC is committed to bringing the latest and greatest innovation to projectors. Multi-display capabilities and TileMatrix technologies are integrated into the new PA series projectors. This processing is all done internally and therefore eliminates the additional hardware typically required to produce a beautiful 4K resolution image.
Stacking correction :The industry’s first built-in stacking correction capabilities (up to four projectors) allows the projectors to boost an image’s brightness up to 26,800 lumens, which is ideal for larger-sized screens and environments with heavy ambient light. This feature also prevents the complete loss of an image, which can happen when using only one projector.
Simplify your installations with HDBaseT : Optimised for video applications and supporting uncompressed full HD digital video, audio, ethernet, power and various control signals. With only a single cable (up to 100m) to run, infrastructure and labor costs are reduced, installations are significantly easier, and there is no cable clutter to manage. With uncompressed HD video support, images have never been more stunning. What’s more, control signals are contained in the same cable.
DisplayPort :This input provides PA Series models with expanded connectivity with advanced technology
Cornerstone :Enhanced keystone correction allows for horizontal, vertical and diagonal image correction for aligned images even when the projector is set up at an angle to the screen.
Geometric Correction :Projecting an image isn’t confined to a standard flat screen or wall with the NEC PA Series. Geometric correction allows these models to project an image on spheres, cylinders, corner angles and many more non-standard surfaces.
Portrait mode :Allows the projector to be rotated (and screen if necessary) to a vertical alignment so that portrait content can be viewed without black bars on the side when landscape mode is used.
Optional Software Choices: MultiPresenter Application MultiPresenter is an application software which enables you to display your device's screen (computer, smart phone, etc.) on projectors and large format displays (NEC MultiPresenter stick required) via wired or wireless LAN. NaViSet Administrator 2 Network-based Control and Asset Management Software (v 2.0.41)
Command tasks - change settings or perform operations on devices (i.e. power on/off, change input, audio mute, etc.)
Conditional tasks - check settings and/or parameters at periodic intervals, alerts can be set if values of settings are outside of specified ranges of values
Informational tasks - read settings or parameters and display the results in real time.
Database and Reports
Provide information about connected devices
Reports can be generated by compiling information from any connected device for asset management or monitoring usage (i.e. energy savings and usage)
Results from these reports is saved to the internal database or sent to the clipboard, en excel spreadsheet or a delimited text file
All reports can be managed in a library within the software
Multiscreen-Tool (Stacking/Edge Blending) : The Multi Screen Tool is a software application for an easy set-up of a stacked projection using the “Geometric Correction” function and for a tiled projection using the “Edge Blending” function of the NEC projectors.
Stacking: Precise overlay of up to 4 images to a projection screen with up to four times the brightness
Edge Blending: Combination of up to 4 images to a very large projection screen with no visible brightness transitions
