This model is certainly one of the two best LCD home cinema projectors (The other being the Sanyo PLV-Z4).

Apart from the big brother (EMP-TW600) this is the brightest dedicated home cinema projector currently available. If your living room has a lot of light that you cant block out (ambient light) then this projector is the one for you.
