Panasonic is taking advantage of GITEX Technology Week 2012, being held in Dubai this week, to promote the new additions to its projector range to the lucrative Middle Eastern and African markets.
The new additions – including the PT-AE 8000EA full-HD 3D home theatre projector – will take a prominent position in the company’s display stand, among the full range of the brand’s projectors. Along with the flagship PT-AE 8000EA, some of the most prominent projectors will be the ultra-compact PT-DZ21KE and the PT-CW230EA, which is capable of projecting large-screen 3D images in limited spaces.
Senior Panasonic representative for the Middle East and Africa, Suzuki Yuichiro, said that the trade show was a crucial event for them and would allow people to test and review their extended portfolio.
“The Middle East projector market is driven by growing business demand. It is no more a product catering to a niche segment and the market is bullish on the projector demand forecasts,” he explained. “These next generation visual solutions are ideal for Middle East homes, offices and large venues. Our projectors not only incorporate the latest technologies but are competitively priced as well.”
GITEX is taking place at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre from 14-18 October.
