Optoma has confirmed that its 3D projectors are set to be used as part of one of the top exhibitions at this year's Gadget Show.
The event is set to take place at the NEC Birmingham from April 7th to 12th and is one of the biggest dates on the industry calendar.
Optoma's GT1070X Full 3D projector will be used at Ebuyer.com’s stand (L60 & K65), where attendees will see the snowy alpine slopes through 3D snowboarding action.
The projector technology is also going to allow ticket-holders to speed across to a F1 race track with Box (stand number V70).
Optoma will also be showing off the uDAC3 high resolution USB Digital Audio Converter, which improves, amplifies and converts digital audio files from a PC or Mac.
Territory manager at Optoma Nick Price said: "The UDAC3 elevates audio tracks and games sound effects to a whole new level."
The Box stand will also be where Optoma will display its ultra mobile ML750e projector, which is LED-powered and weighs only 380g.
Despite its extreme portability, the projector has a WXGA resolution, a brightness of 700 ANSI and it has an in-built media player, native office viewer and speaker.
"Projection without a laptop is straightforward using the built-in memory, a microSD card slot or USB connection," said Optoma.
