The CP2208-LP 3DLP laser phosphor projector is a leading projector in displaying vivid and bright images and can display 3D and High Frame Rate content with ease. Furthermore, the projector comes with Christie Vive Audio which offers a vibrant and dynamic sound to help encapsulate that cinematic experience. It comes with 11,000 lumens of brightness in addition to a lamp life of up to 30,000 hours.
In addition, one of the show’s showstoppers is the immersive corridor set up by Christie specialists from Christie 360. This team specialises and leads the way in creating digital and experimental displays using a number of different, interactive media displays suitable for the cinema. To create the corridor, Christie specialists used three Christie 65 inch interactive flat panels. These were organised using a herringbone pattern and the displays used Christie Pandoras Box media players which allow visitors to interact with the displays by using their fingers.
Finally, another addition to the Christie booth at the show is the Christie Corridor. This is also designed and created by the Christie 360 team to help improve customers' cinematic experience. To create the display, the team used a number of extended screens and used Christie Captiva Series ultra short throw projectors and the Christie Pandoras Box media players, making the displays immersive and interactive.
Speaking at this year’s show, Jason Pei, deputy general manager for Christie China, said: “For this year’s BIRTV, we are highlighting our strengths in providing our customers and audiences with complete cinema solutions, which include awe-inspiring projected visuals, immersive audio, dynamic digital displays, contents and installations to offer the most exciting cinematic experiences.
By working closely with the Christie 360 team, we are able to engage movie-goers with captivating sights and sounds, both in the auditorium and throughout the lobby with specially created fixtures and contents,” he said.
